At Sunniesams, I truly want you to love your purchase. But sometimes things just don’t work out — and that’s okay! If your order isn’t quite the perfect match, I’m happy to help make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must still be attached or included
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
To start a return or exchange, please contact Sunniesams with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for return processing
- Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a fulfillment error on our end
For your protection, tracking is recommended on all returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Sunniesams within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items will be clearly noted in the product listing.
